By accessing or using Scout Pages ("the Service"), operated by Drill Software Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Scout Pages provides a website creation platform specifically designed for UK Scout groups. The Service allows you to create, manage, and publish simple websites to help your Scout group establish an online presence.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for Scout groups only and may not be used for commercial purposes unrelated to Scouting.
4. Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content you publish through the Service. You agree not to:
- Publish content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates any applicable laws
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any Scout group
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any purpose other than creating websites for legitimate Scout groups
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Scout Pages is provided on an annual subscription basis at £30 per site per year. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fee for the service period
- Automatic renewal at the end of each annual period unless cancelled
- Provide accurate billing information
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your site will remain live until the end of your current paid period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Scout Pages platform, including all software, code, design, and features, is owned by Drill Software Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and UK data protection legislation.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Limit certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service

- Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of any content
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your content and data after a reasonable period following termination.
